LICENSE REVOKED
QC Quebec City 103.7 CIMI The CRTC will not renew the license for CIMI 103.7 in Quebec City (formerly licensed to Charlesbourg). The station went dark in late 2008. Several attempts to get it back on the air since then have failed. A new recovery/business plan was submitted to the CRTC, however it was deemed as unacceptable.

MB Winkler 103.7 CKMW-cp Move to 88.9 and increase power from 61,000 to 100,000 watts (maximum ERP would remain unchanged at 100,000 watts) (Golden West was granted permission to flip CKMW 1570 to 103.7 FM this past June, but has since then decided that 88.9 is more suitable)
MB Winnipeg 107.9 CJNU Move to 93.7, increase power from 45 watts to 460 watts, and change status from a limited operation Special Events station to a regular Community FM station
NB Fredericton 92.3 CFRK Increase power from 40,000 to 42,000 watts (93,000 to 100,000 watts Max. ERP), raise antenna height and relocate transmitter
NB Fredericton 93.1 CIHI-cp Increase power from 50,000 to 100,000 watts(average & maximum ERP), lower antenna height and relocate transmitter
