Do we ever learn?

1. Incapable of being corrected or reformed: an incorrigible criminal.
2. Firmly rooted; ineradicable: incorrigible faults.
3. Difficult or impossible to control or manage:
an incorrigible, spoiled child.

Bank robbery suspect arrested
Vancouver/CKNW(AM980)

10/2/2008

A parole violator suspected in a string of robberies has been arrested by Vancouver police.

They had been looking for Keith “Lucky” Whetstone.

Police spotted him on Harwood Street.

He was arrested on breach of parole and is a suspect in six bank robberies.

You know I don't really blame this guy. He has been taught that robbbing banks is good income, steady employment, nice benefits and a warm bed and meals when caught. Then a justice system that says he is not dangerous and should be released.

Why don't we have a system that says if you come to court more than say
one offence, two offences - three strikes you go to the home for incorrigibles.

After five years in training you are released to an agency that helps and tracks you. The success of the agency results in more funding. Lack of success means no money.

and thats my am rant
