Where DO you get those? Me, Swit and Kool had a fabulous time on that show....legendary, if you were there.

Between Dan Sys and myself, we recorded hundreds of hours of Western Canadian and Washington State radio in the 80's and 90's ... besides having a great supply of airchecks to post here on Radio West.ca, it's given me a nice supply of jingles, splitters and promos to feature daily.

Welcome to RadioWest.ca Matthew .. it's been a few years since you were a late night board op at McBride Plaza!

All the best with CKPM.

"Mathew McBride in the Morning on CHTK!"
Damn, how I wish now I'd hung on to one of those aircheck tapes! RF? Dan?
Nice to see you on board.

Sorry Boss .. No TK airchecks .. never did an air checking excursion to Terrace / Kitimat.

I remember Matthew at Calgary's CHFM early in his career, again .. no airchecks .. Who'd have known Al Gore would invent this internet thing?

Hmmm. I not onlly have a demo from CHTK, but ALSO! From CFBV/BVLD Radio in Smithers, and possibly, something from Moose Jaw (CHAB). I saved nothing after that....it's all on cassette..or r2r...

Still...it was killer.

Hey, what's up with that.... never had a personalized jingle when I did mornings for Kitimat! (Perhaps I just explained it right there! ;) )
