Has the "let's replace pros with amateurs" attitude that is killing Corus' CKNW in Vancouver and CHQR in Calgary now struck the once mighty CHED? When the day comes that they lose The Oilers,
it'll be game over. CHED Mornings and Morning news are still be best, a total throw back to the Hot Hits days. And it still sounds great.

The NewCap folks at WEM must be shaking their heads in total disbelief. Mr. 79 and his crew have beaten both FM sticks with a folksy personality driven AM Country station that really does serve
it's communities. How unique. Why, it's real radio. Nice to see CFCW is still a force. As for Capital, please lose Rick Dees and start playing more than the same 300 tired songs over and over.

Is 95.7 Edmonton's jinxed frequency? Seems Harvard can't get any traction on this station, no matter what they do!

Only quibble with Rocky is about news on CHED. Still sounds good to me all day, what there is of it. Killing the noon package was the only real mistake there.

Yeah, 95.7 has had problems. These ratings look more like you'd see if Harvard had just been through a 6 week strike.

The big question I have is what did Bounce do right to get this kind of number? Kidnap a bunch of ppm machines?
