Maritime Broadcasting System (MBS) flipped CHNS 960 in Halifax to FM in record time (approval was only granted this past April). Classic Rock 89.9 HAL FM was born yesterday:

This comes on the heels of another speedy FM flip several weeks before that when Newcap converted CHTN 720 in Charlotettown to Classic Hit OCEAN 100.3 FM:
