Shortly before CJVB's Richards street office and studios were closed, the following was posted on the staff's message board. Could this apply to the management of other media outlets in this city?

"We the unwilling led by the unknowing are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much for so long with so little, we are now qualified to do anything with nothing."
