Corey Kimm & Ami Amato Returning to Edmonton?

Speculation on the street here in Edmonton is that Corey Kimm & Ami Amato will be welcomed back by Pattison to the same building that Rawlco blew them out of in the summer of 2010.

Kari Skelton is currently on maternity leave and Jason Roberts has been quietly deleted from the UP! 99.3 web site, leaving an open Morning Show, so to speak. Corey and Ami were the original PM Drive team on NOW, when they signed on in the adjoining studios to UP!

Even in Radio, it is illegal to not accept someone back after Maternity Leave. Pattison is not Rawlco, but the corporate culture at UP! has been to retain staff through a format change. The best example is Duncan Paterson who does Sunday Morning Oldies on-air and is occupied off-air for the rest of his full-time job. He had been Rob Christie's co-pilot in the Magic 99 days.

UP! 99.3's twitter feed today confirms the speculation: Mornings "this Fall" will belong to Corey and Ami on the station.
