Howie spent 34 years as a broadcaster and is currently the Executive Director of the Kamloops Business Improvement Area. Most recently Howie was Program Director and host of the morning show host on Radio NL 610. Sarah Daniels has been a licensed realtor since 2003 and is a published author having written two books for Wiley and Sons: "Welcome Home: Insider Secrets to Buying or Selling Your Property" and co-authored "Buying and Selling A Home For Canadians For Dummies."

She has appeared as a real estate expert on radio and television across the country, including developing and co-hosting “Urban Suburban” for HGTV Canada. Sarah is also a featured expert on CTV's "The Marilyn Denis Show."
