Longtime Red Deer broadcast personality Danny Teed hosting the afternoon drive show on the day after Thanksgiving 1986 on "Central Alberta's Favourite" 85 CKRD -

Danny spent many years at CKRD AM, FM and Television including hosting a weekday talk show on Channel 6.

The start of Jennifer Miles' evening show is briefly heard. Jennifer was also the weekday weather presenter on CKRD Television's Newscene ahead of her radio shift. She went on to STV Saskatoon, now Global.

I worked across the hall from Danny at CFCR-FM...1980-1982. Always thought he was a great jock. Did he go beyond CKRD? I always thought he had the chops to go big.
