In the days before he and Mark Holman were known as the "Wise Guys," Rob Harder was on Spokane's 98 KISS FM with Tim Burrows -

A native of Spokane, Rob started his professional radio career at 105.7 KEZE FM. Moving later to 970 KREM where he became “Hotdog Harder” after wearing a 6 foot tall hotdog bun on the air and eating an apple pie on the air in celebration of Spokane becoming a U.S.A. “All American City” in 1976.

In 1979, Rob left KREM for 610 KFRC in San Francisco. He returned to Spokane radio, in 1983, joining the air staff of 790 KJRB.

In 1984 he was at 98.1 KHQ FM. Upon a change in ownership and when the station changed its name to “98 KISS” FM, Rob was named the Program Director and anchored the morning show. He, along with his partner Mark Holman entertained Spokane audiences for over 25 years and had one of the longest running and highest rated morning shows in Spokane history.

As an added bonus:

You can hear Rob during his KFRC days, as Robin Bailey, thanks to the late Mike Schweizer, in an April 1979 unscoped 3 hour aircheck - https://archive.org/details/KFRC_San_Fr ... 4-30-79+(2).mp3
