Happy 63rd Birthday today to RW charter member Dan Sys

Dan is the ultimate "Radio Freak" (or should that be Geek?).

Like many of us, Dan got bitten by the radio bug when he was just a kid. Unlike many of us, he got smart and got a job working for the Government. So now he gets a nice monthly pension cheque from his good buddy Stephen.

From his days of DXing, survey and sticker collecting, he's become a walking encyclopedia of Canadian radio history.

In addition to his RW contributions, Dan keeps radio fans from coast to coast up to date with goings on in the Canadian radio industry via his Canadian Radio News Facebook site.
