Would they? Could they?
Might an Oldies/Contemporary mix work yet once again?
I can hear those iconic jingles re-burning a familiar path through by brain.

Really not a lot of money considering the station is in possibly the largest most affluent radio market in the world and certainly North America. CKEY which was never close at being top of the ratings in Toronto sold for $4.1 million in 1961. Always remember when WABC and WNBC were going toe to toe in the 70's and the announcers really needed to emphasis the N or the A when saying the call letters over music. Had to make sure people knew which station they were listening to. In the day WABC one of the best anywhere.
