Postby albertaboy4life » Wed Mar 17, 2021 8:01 am

Ken Connors (Churnuka) has moved his Radio Scrapbook multimedia content from his excellent Discover The Peace Country (https://discoverthepeacecountry.com/) to his YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYX4MX ... cNg/videos

In doing so, he has added some additional airchecks including 630 CHED's Rob Christie from 1975 and a number of airchecks from 1220 CJOC and 1090 CHEC Lethbridge. Among them a full newscast from long-time Lethbridge broadcaster, Terry Vogt.

Ken's Radio Scrapbook: from Ken Connors
The Ken’s Radio Scrapbook still features many photos and information on the different radio stations and announcers that I worked with along with the links to the YouTube Channel that features the audio clips.

Years ago, I had all my video/audio clips featured on my own server and would convert them myself until GoDaddy informed me that I would need to have my own dedicated server because of how much space it was taking. A dedicated server would cost $1000 per month so changed over all those clips to YouTube. (350 video clips of the DiscoverThePeaceCountry.com portion and another 150 video/audio clips for Ken’s Radio Scrapbook)

You still can do a google search for “Kens Radio Scrapbook” and get to the radio site that features the information and photos or you can use a direct link below to one of the feature pages and use the links on the site to get to CHED, CJOC or 1090 CHEC etc…..
