Radio Sticker Of The Day - May 8

Postby radiofan » Thu May 07, 2020 9:26 pm

From the RadioWest.ca archives and my collection of 20,000+ window and bumper stickers from radio stations around the world, a daily look back featuring stickers from stations across Canada that no longer exist due to a call letter or frequency change, rebranding or a move from AM to FM.

From 2004. a sticker from Lloydminster's CKSA FM 95.9. In 2006 the station rebranded as LLOYD @ 95 dot 9. In 2016 it became the present day Real Country 95.9.

Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who couldn't hear the music.

I used to work there when it was Ten Eighty CKSA and that was AM. We had a running joke that we should call it "One Oh Eight Oh Radio... Borderline Broadcasting"
