Yes, that is their current site. Same real estate sign was there when I visited early last May.

Back to the original topic: the eBay auction is back by the guy in Spruce Grove (an Edmonton suburb).
It looks like the original buyer didn't pay his bill:

Wonder why the seller didn't use the 2nd Chance Offer feature, as the losing bidder was only $5 short of the winning bid.
